First of all, the function of use one as many is that for 3 inputs to the udf, the result will have the number of occurrences of the first input as many times as the second input, and as many context changes as the third input.
In your case, the number of context changes of the third input OBJID is 1 and the number of context changes of the first input SOBID is more than 1, hence this is a conflict as per the definition of the udf that I have stated and hence the error.
